If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery - personalized and perishable items cannot be returned unless the error was ours.
Wing & Hive will pay for return shipping if you are returning an item because of a mistake made by us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call our support center at (1-810-662-0908) to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and shipping instructions.
Returned or exchanged items must be:
- In original, “unused” condition
- Returned in their original packaging
- Returned including all spare parts, accessories, and instructions
If you are exchanging a product, the replacement item will be shipped when we receive the original item. If items are returned used, altered, damaged, without original packaging, or shipped large freight a 25% restocking fee could be applied.
When returning an item, please write your RMA# visibly on the packing slip and on the outside of the return package. Also include a copy of your original invoice in the package.
Return shipping costs are not refundable unless an item is being returned as the result of an error on our part or because the item has a quality defect or has been damaged during shipping.
For your protection, we strongly recommend that returned items be sent pre-paid by the same carrier that delivered the item to you. We DO NOT accept COD.
Please be sure to save your receipt and tracking number for proof of return.
Please Note: Wing & Hive is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
When you request a refund, your original credit card will be credited when your return has been processed. If you exchange an item, you will see a credit to your credit card for the original order and a charge for the new item plus any associated shipping fees.
